IF YOU HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH NDRIVE AGENT NOT RECOGNIZING YOUR DEVICE, PLEASE CLOSE THE NDRIVE AGENT AND RESTART IT. AN UPDATED NDRIVE AGENT WILL LOAD AUTOMATICALLY AND SHOULD RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM
